Rutgers WINLAB will host two back-to-back events at 671 Route 1 South, North Brunswick, NJ.
COSMOS³ Community Workshop on Next-Generation Testbed Capabilities
Thursday, September 17, 12:00-5:00 PM
A half-day requirements workshop on what COSMOS³ needs to build next: upper mid-band (FR3) experimentation, a channel-calibrated digital twin, and street-level sensing. The program includes a keynote by Sundeep Rangan (NYU WIRELESS) on why FR3 matters now, talks from Duke, Syracuse, Columbia and Rutgers, a demo break, and an open session on what the community needs from the testbed. A reception follows at 5:00 PM.
STAIRWAI to COSMOS Workshop #2 – Wireless for AI (W4AI)
Friday, September 18, 8:30 AM-4:40 PM
A full-day workshop on making AI applications wireless-native and on redesigning wireless networks to carry AI-based services. Keynotes by Mikael Prytz (Ericsson), Arpit Mehta (Meta), Ranveer Chandra (Microsoft) and Charif Mahmoudi (Siemens), plus a poster session and breakout discussions on what makes a testbed AI-ready.
Both events are free, but seating is limited, so please register early.
